Ways to train

Everything here is coached one-to-one by Marc Ellwood, in a private studio you have to yourself.

1-to-1 Personal Training

The core of the studio. Every session is programmed around your goals, your history and the time you actually have — then coached in person, start to finish.

Partner & Small Group

Train with a friend or a small group in the same private space. The programming stays individual — the session is shared, and usually a lot more fun for it.

Pre & Post-Natal Training

Strength work adapted through pregnancy and rebuilt afterwards, at a pace that suits you. Clients have trained here right through to full term.

Strength & Conditioning

Barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell work alongside Wattbike and air-bike conditioning. Built for people who want to get measurably stronger, not just tired.

Recovery & Mobility

A separate treatment room for soft-tissue work, mobility and recovery — so the hard sessions keep being possible week after week.

How working together looks

  1. 01Get in touch

Send a message or call the studio. Tell me what you want to change, what you have tried before, and roughly what your week looks like.

  2. 02Come and look around

A free, no-pressure consultation at the studio on Northdown Road. We talk through your history, any injuries, and what a realistic plan looks like for you.

  3. 03We build the plan

A programme written for you — sessions in the studio, plus anything worth doing between them. It is a plan you can actually keep, not a plan that looks impressive on paper.

  4. 04We train, and we adjust

Every session is coached in person. We track what is working, load it up when you are ready, and change it when life gets in the way.

I get asked this a lot

If your question isn't here, just ask — the studio phone goes straight to me.

Ask a question

No. Most people arrive somewhere in the middle — a bit out of practice, carrying an old injury, or unsure where to start. The first session is about finding out where you actually are, then building from there.
